A delegation of twelve is not twelve separate bookings. We handle it as one request, one quote and one point of contact.

Request a callbackContact usFor groups we can either book individual tickets or ask the airline for a group fare. Group fares follow the airline's own group rules: a minimum number of travellers, a deadline for deposits, a deadline for final names, and set limits on changes and cancellations. We explain those rules in the quote so you know the dates your team must meet.
Group space is usually held for a limited period rather than confirmed outright. Deposit amounts, hold periods and name deadlines are set by the airline for each group request, and we state them in the group quote. If names or numbers change after a deadline, the airline's charges apply.
We work with one nominated coordinator on your side. Rooming lists, arrival times and traveller ID details come through that person, and all itineraries go back through them as well.

We compare individual tickets against a group fare and set out the airline's group conditions.

Approval and deposit
Your approver confirms the option and any deposit the airline requires is paid.

Names and final payment
Traveller names and ID details are submitted by the airline's deadline, followed by the balance.

Itineraries to the coordinator
Tickets are issued and a consolidated itinerary list goes to your coordinator.
Questions about this service
How many travellers make a group?
Each airline sets its own minimum, commonly around ten. Below that, we usually book individual tickets on the same flights and still manage them under one request.
Do we need all the names immediately?
Not always. Group bookings often allow names to be supplied later, up to a deadline set by the airline. We tell you that date in the quote.
Can one person travel on a different date?
Sometimes. Some group fares allow individual date changes for a charge; others do not. We check the specific group terms and quote the change if it is allowed.
