Cancellations and refunds

For bookings made through Rizwiz Enterprise, we start by reading the fare conditions on each ticket. They decide whether the fare is refundable, what the airline deducts as a cancellation charge, and which taxes can be returned. We send you a written breakdown of the expected amount before cancelling.

Once your approver confirms, we submit the cancellation. The airline processes the refund and sets its own timeline; we pass on what it returns, less any amounts stated in the breakdown. How long the refund takes to reach you depends on the airline and the payment provider; we tell you the expected timing when we file the request. Whether any part of our service fee can be refunded is stated in the breakdown before you approve.

If the airline itself cancels or significantly reschedules a flight, the options it offers (rebooking, credit or refund) are set by the airline. We tell you what has been offered and act on your instruction.
