Service Fee Policy

1. The fee

Our service fee is charged per passenger and is shown on its own line in your quote, before you pay.

This fee is charged by Rizwiz Enterprise for our work. It is not an airline charge and it is not a tax.

2. Shown before payment

Every quote lists the service fee on its own line, separate from the airline fare and the airline's taxes and charges. You see the total, including the fee, before any payment is taken.

3. What it covers

• Checking options and fare conditions with an agent.
• Preparing the written quote and recording approval.
• Arranging the booking and sending the itinerary.
• Keeping the file for later requests.

4. Fees for later requests

Changes, cancellations, name corrections and seat or upgrade requests involve additional work and may carry a service fee of their own. Any such fee is shown in the written quote for that request, alongside any airline charges, before you approve it.

5. Group bookings

Group bookings may be charged per traveller or per booking. The basis is stated in the group quote.

6. Refundability

Whether any part of a service fee can be refunded if a booking is cancelled is stated in your quote before you pay. The position for your booking is repeated in the cancellation breakdown before you approve.

7. Taxes on the fee

Any tax that applies to our service fee is included in the total shown in your quote before you pay. GST invoices are available on request, to be discussed with your agent.
