1. Our aim

We want everyone to be able to send a travel request and read our policies, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

2. What we have done

  • Text and controls meet colour contrast targets.
  • Pages can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
  • Images carry text alternatives, and headings follow a logical order.
  • Layouts adapt to small screens and to browser zoom.

3. Known limitations

The demonstration flight search and some third-party components may not yet be fully accessible. If you meet a barrier there, please tell us.

4. Getting help

If you cannot use part of the site, contact us at contact@rizwizenterprises.online or +1 (818) 666-1777 and we will take your request another way. We can also send policy documents in a different format on request.

5. Assistance when flying

Wheelchair assistance and other special services at airports and on board are provided by airlines. Tell us your needs when you send a travel request, and we will pass the request to the airline for bookings made through us.
