Booking & fares
- Flight Booking PolicyBookings are arranged by an agent after a written quote is approved. The online search shows sample fares only while online booking is being prepared.
- Booking and Ticketing TermsTickets are issued by the airline under its conditions of carriage. Check your itinerary as soon as it arrives.
- Service Fee PolicyOur service fee pays for arranging and handling your booking. It is separate from the airline fare and is shown before you pay.
- Payment PolicyWe take payment only after a quote has been approved, show the full amount first, and charge in Indian rupees.
- Refund and Cancellation PolicyAirlines decide what is refundable. We tell you the expected amount before cancelling, act only on approval, and pass on what the airline returns.
- Changes and Rebooking PolicyA change is quoted as the airline fare difference, the airline penalty and our service fee. Nothing is changed until the quote is approved.
- Baggage InformationBaggage allowances are set by the airline for each fare. We show the allowance in your quote where the airline publishes it.
- Airline Relationship DisclosureWe are independent of every airline. We arrange bookings on your behalf, but airlines set and apply their own rules.
- Complaints Handling PolicyTell us what went wrong in writing. We acknowledge it, look into it, and reply with our findings and what we will do.
Privacy & legal
- Privacy PolicyWe collect the traveller, approver and payment details needed to arrange flights, share them with the airlines and service providers involved, and use them for nothing unrelated.
- Data Protection / Data Rights RequestSend a request about the personal data we hold on you. We check your identity and reply in writing.
